Re: Pitt AD: No plans for an on-campus football stadium

A new on campus stadium will not solve Pitt's problems. Their best option is to play Norte Dame, Penn State and West Virginia as often as possible. Unfortunately ACC contracts prevent the Irish from visiting more than once every few years. Penn State doesn't want to play any more than they are contractually obligated. Playing Duke, UNC, UVA, Miami, GT and Syracuse every year will not solve their attendence problems. It seems like Virginia Tech does travel well to Heinz.
